As a total rookie blogger I will allow myself several posts to get the hang of it. I will apologize upfront and thank you in advance for forgiving spelling and grammar errors. I also tend to ramble, get side tracked and over share.
A little more about me..My husband is my best friend and sole mate (we share shoes..kidding) I mean, soul mate (example of my humor - not fully appreciated by all). We met in 2006 (thanks to Craig's List), got married in 2007, had a baby in 2008, moved from NC to ME in 2008, moved from Denmark, ME to Kittery, ME in 2009 and had a baby in 2009. Here we are in 2010 and I wonder what life changing event will take place..hopefully just going back to work and, of course, starting this blog. I am involved in a little weight loss challenge that I hope to win with very little effort (would be nice since I didn't get my wish of a 42 pound baby). I have great family and friends. Millie is our dog who, admittedly, does not get all the attention she deserves. I enjoy food, wine, outings (sans meltdowns), reading, and using the computernet and my imagination for detective work (aka being creepy). I love to travel with Chris. He is an expert traveler and always keeps me thinking and laughing. I am an under employed nurse in search of a job and raising babies. I love puns and free word association. I am pragmatic and love the autumn. I'm a sucker for pop culture. I love egg sandwiches. I am absent minded at times (we got some baby products as a gift for Gus and I had been using the cream for about a week with not really loving how it felt..today I realized why..because it is diaper cream. not body cream. ah-ha).
I suppose more will come as this blog evolves. Speaking of evolving, I'm not exactly sure what the title means. it will show its face at some point, I suppose. It came to me in the car as two adults and two children..but who knows. Plus I'm typing this as I nurse my baby (example of oversharing) one handed, so you may take a moment to be impressed.
