bittersweet

I sit here with the beautiful experience of two sleeping babies. I would like to say this is the result of exceptional parenting and time management, however, it is Maddy's GI virus hangover and disrupted night sleep cycle. I have completed the tasks I said I would if this were to happen (just shower really is all, I try to do chores when they are up because nap time is MY time). I am clean and thinking there is not enough time to do something, but too much time to do nothing, so I thought I'd sit here and just see what comes out. So far, so good.

I was reading on one of my "news" websites that another childhood actor OD'd. Seems like there have been a lot of that lately. There must be an unbelievable amount of pressure they put on themselves. Or do they miss a childhood they never had? Who knows, I do know if the Maddy & Gus show takes off and achieves worldwide fame, I will work very hard to keep them grounded.
